Furrmarket is an online marketplace that lets breeders list dogs and exotic cats and lets buyers browse those listings. Furrmarket is not a party to any transaction, contract, deposit, shipping arrangement, breeding agreement, or animal transfer between users.

We do not own, possess, breed, sell, ship, or guarantee any animal. We do not provide veterinary advice. Health records, AKC/CFA papers, DNA results, and other documents are uploaded by breeders; Furrmarket does not independently verify their authenticity unless we clearly say otherwise for a specific program.

Buyers and breeders are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws (including animal welfare, transport, and local permitting), for inspecting animals and paperwork, and for resolving disputes between themselves.

You may not use Furrmarket for illegal activity, misleading listings, or content that exploits animals. We may remove listings or accounts that violate these terms.

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Furrmarket disclaims liability for animal health outcomes, failed sales, shipping issues, fraud between users, or reliance on listing content.
